Where do you ship?
We will ship UPS to any address in the world except for international P.O. Boxes. As a note, shipping to United States military bases and United States P.O. Boxes will be fulfilled by USPS rather than UPS. Please email us at email@example.com if you experience any issues shipping to your address.
Is my package insured in case of loss or damages?
You will see an option to purchase insurance through Route at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can quickly file a claim through Route for a refund or a replacement. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if you do not purchase insurance.
How much will shipping cost? How long will it take?
Shipping costs vary based on address. Our international shipping options ranges from around 30 USD to 100 USD, depending on the location. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you’ve selected at checkout and your location. International orders may be delayed going through customs processing. Orders placed before 12 noon ET will ship same business day. Orders placed after that time will ship next business day. Please note we do not ship orders on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as we are a small business operating on a 4-day work week for the well-being of all our employees. Please keep in mind that if you are choosing an expedited option with early delivery (like next day delivery by 10am), our package pickup window tends to be after the pickup deadline for those expedited options. Does Volante Design ship to APO?
Yes. Your item will be sent USPS.

Customs and Import Fees
When we ship a package outside of the United States, there may be customs fees or taxes. Volante Design is not responsible for any individual country’s customs fees or taxes. We attempt to minimize them in any way we can. Note: international Standard shipping, ground service to Canada and Mexico, will always have a brokerage fee of around 20 USD added on to it. That brokerage fee is included in the price of the air shipping options.
I didn’t receive a tracking number. What should I do?
If you have received an email saying your Volante Design order has been completed and you have not received a tracking number by the end of the business day, please email us at email@example.com. We will look up your tracking number manually. Since UPS tracking is an automated service, before emailing us you want to check your spam filters.
My jacket arrived damaged or isn’t the size I ordered. What should I do?
We try our best to deliver the best possible service in a timely manner. However, everyone makes mistakes. If you did not receive the item you ordered or it is defective, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a picture of the size tag or the defect. We will arrange for an exchange or will do whatever possible to correct it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
My jacket doesn’t fit. How can I exchange it?
If your jacket does not fit, we are happy to complete an exchange as long as supplies last. Send your jacket and a note with your requested size and order information back to us at this address: Volante Design, Inc. 116 Pleasant St STE 241, Easthampton, MA 01027 USA. Currently, we do not offer free exchanges. When we receive your jacket, we will issue you an invoice for the cost of shipping your jacket back to you. If your size and color is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Can I get a free return or exchange?
If you’ve filled out a size consult and ordered the recommended size but still aren’t happy with it, you qualify for free shipping on your return or exchange.* Contact us to be sent a return label. (*Free shipping on returns or exchanges applies to domestic US orders only.)
Can I return this coat?
Depending on the circumstances of your sale, it may be possible to return your jacket. Items purchased at conventions or other in-person events are final sale. Items purchased on final sale or custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be unworn and in new condition. Items that arrive appearing worn may be subject to a cleaning fee that you will be invoiced for before we can proceed with the return or exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
