I love this coat!
I've only worn it a couple times to see how it looks on me and it looks great. I will definitely be wearing it more on the regular once it starts raining more again and when it gets colder out. It's pretty expensive but I don't know where else I would find a coat that looks this good.
Best coat purchase yet
As a repeat customer, I have to say this is my favorite coat so far. It works for both professional and casual wear and feels great in most weather.
I have not used this item yet as I have not finished implementing cosplay changes. Would be great to have the epaulette shoulders but I guess those are custom order, they are not generally produced. Cannot give it a real rating at this time
I've got the Beast Hunter in Victorian Fog, and I bought it right as we were entering summer, so I know I won't get to wear it regularly for a few months yet, but even so, the lines on the Victorian Fog design are just splendid and this will be worth the wait. So glad I made the investment!
A solid trench coat
I'm 5'7'' with a measurement of 37-28-33. Size 37 was a perfect, comfortable fit for me. The waxed canvas material really does keep the coat waterproof. I would suggest looking up how to care for it. Keep in mind it should be machined washed, dry cleaned, or ironed. Coat is very stylish. It looks like a traditional trench coat except with the back having a two toned color scheme. Some people might not like it, but I think it helps set it apart from another boring trench. In terms of warmth, it's sufficiently warm. I don't think it's warm enough for snowy weather, but for upper 30s and above the coat is good to have on. Also kudos to Volante Design's customer service. I messed up with caring for the coat and they sent me some wax to help repair.
