Returns and Exchanges
At Volante Design, Inc. we are invested in our products. So if they do not fit, or are otherwise not to your satisfaction, we want to resolve that issue for you. However, as a small company, we also rely on every sale and will not take all orders back unconditionally. For example, most custom orders are not refundable once we have begun work on them. Due to the cost of shipping our jackets, we do charge an exchange fee for size exchanges on orders placed after February 1st, 2014. This fee covers shipping of the jacket back to you as well as the re-stocking process. The cost of the fee is based on the UPS cost of shipping your replacement jacket back to you and may differ from customer to customer. All this being said, we want to meet your desires and hopefully surpass them.
For a fully-refunded return/exchange (excluding aforementioned fee):
Items must be in new condition
Items must be returned with all original packaging
All clothing must be unworn
Items must not be custom designed for your size, color, etc
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for full refund
- Items must be returned within 90 days for store credit
- No returns or exchanges on sale items
We will work with customers to adjust size as needed or come to a mutually agreeable solution whenever possible.

Volante Design, Inc. is not responsible for individual countries customs fees or import tax. We will include an invoice upon request. We recommend looking into your local import and taxation fees and policies.
